olemare Parksuites, an 18-storey, twin tower development soon to rise at the bay area in the progressive city of Paranaque is ALHI's latest offering. Envisioned to be a practical yet stylish home to young and upwardly mobile professionals and business executives, the project will be one of the firstresidential developments to emerge in what is touted as the next major business, entertainment and tourism hub in the country.
Sitting on a 200 sqm sprawl within the Aseana Business Park along Macapagal Avenue, Solemare Parksuites' construction is spearheaded by the country's foremost names in architecture and engineering. Its ultra-modern structural and design blueprint is suitably complemented by its locale's charming natural verve. The development enjoys an unhampered dose of the calming vista and the hypnotic breeze emanating from scenic Manila Bay. Of course, another unreplicable add-on is the incomparable spectacle of Manila's glorious sunset.
Meanwhile, the project features smart living spaces as well as comprehensive facilities and services. Units range from the 25.50sqm studio to the 160 sqm 4-bedroom, all turned over fully fitted and semi-furnished. The architecturally-friendly layout allows units to be readily combined, giving homeowners the desired space and design latitude.
rguably, however, Solemare Parksuites' biggest come-on is that it will rise smack in the middle of the country's next indisputable prime location. A mere 15 minutes from the international and domestic airports, the area's master plan promises a grand, contiguous smorgasbord of the biggest and finest business offices, entertainment centers, leisure facilities, and residential clusters.
The development's draw as both home and as investment can readily be seen from brisk and steady sales.
Set to be turned over by the second quarter of 2011, Solemare Parksuites is yet another glowing testament to ALHI's determined commitment to bringing only quality products in utterly prime locations.

magine, if you will, skyscrapers scratching at the sky, a vast shopping complex that will take a better part of the day to see in its entirety, an enormous recreational and cultural area that will span the whole gamut of interests and inclinations of all the visitors. And the best thing about this paradise for the senses is that one can actually choose to live there.
In a few years' time, this master plan for the new place-to-be will be up and running. Thanks to the efforts of a group of enterprising and visionary businessmen and developers who saw the potential of the area Aseana Business Park, located along Roxas Boulevard, is soon to be a veritable mine of possibilities.
The park is divided into different areas: business district, IT district, entertainment district, leisure and residential district, and institutions park.

PAGCOR City will be home to a fully-integrated entertainment and amusement complex that includes first-class theme hotels, amusement parks, education and cultural complexes, shopping malls, a commercial district, sports stadiums, restaurants, convention halls, theaters, gaming centers, race tracks, residential villages and a hospital district. One of the highlights of PAGCOR City is the relocation of Nayong Pilipino Park. Nayong Pilipino is an educational and interactive park that features miniature versions of local tourist spots. The move will make Nayong Pilipino more accessible to the public as it is located along Roxas Boulevard and is only ten minutes from the airport.

haven of elegance, class and sophistication shown through its Venetian inspired architecture stands distinctly amongst an array of contemporary and modern structures.
Inspired by the Venetian architecture, the use of arcaded ground floor and the contrast of colors of the podium and the tower produce a “gravity-defying” effect. The design features symmetry of planning. The L-form designed to give view to every unit as the spectacular Manila Bay, the city skyline, and the SM Mall of Asia. The use of semi-circular arches was inspired by the classical architecture of Europe where they use the Go this style of Architecture. The balcony was inspired by a flamboyant effect thus having wavy lines. In addition, the over-all design of the SoleMare Parksuites uses lavish surface decoration from the railing designs, to the moldings, sequences of columns and the equilibrium between the horizontal and vertical lines, a taste for rich materials thru the use of colorful granite stones and the effects of light.

he structure was strategically planned and oriented to maximize the potential of the site. It was also to create a unique ambiance for the inner unit dwellers by giving them a view of the marvelous and luscious greeneries.
